
Legends Acquire Deng Deng

FRISCO, TX - The Texas Legends announced today that they have acquired forward Deng Deng from the available player pool.
Deng (6-8, 205, Baylor) played 23 games for Baylor last season averaging 2.9 points, 2.0 rebounds in 8.8 minutes. Prior to transferring to Baylor, Deng spent two seasons at Lee Junior College where he averaged 19.8 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.9 blocks in his second year. Deng was named to the U22 Australian National Team and played for the Australian University National Team in the 2015 World University Games.
Deng is expected to join the Legends on the road as they take on the Rio Grande Valley Vipers this Friday and Saturday at 7pm. The games will be broadcast live on www.TexLegends.com.
