The Vipers retook the lead in the bottom half of the sixth as Price doubled, with two outs Cosme tripled to tie the game, and Pellow hit a clutch RBI double for a 3-2 advantage.

Right back responded the Seals in the next half inning as Gabriel Riley doubled and Bret Levier reached on a sacrifice bunt which was thrown away for an error to allow the tying run to score. Pedroza was intentionally walked, Jamar Hill cashed two runs with a triple, and Josh Arhart knocked in one with a single for 6-3 lead.

The Seals added some insurance runs in the eighth inning when Flowers and Riley hit back-to-back doubles for a run, and both Pedroza and Hill collected RBI singles for a 9-3 advantage.

Calgary got a tally back in the bottom of the frame as Cosme doubled and Moro singled him home for a 9-4 score.
