Laredo Lemurs News Release
Grand Prairie, TX - Wednesday's series finale between the Laredo Lemurs and the Grand Prairie Airhogs at QuikTrip Park has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a double header at QuikTrip Park on Monday, June 11, at 6:05pm.
The Lemurs will be home to take on the Amarillo Sox Thursday through Sunday at Uni-Trade Stadium in Laredo, Texas. Make sure you sure you come to Uni-Trade Stadium to take in some great baseball and incredible promotion throughout the long weekend.
Thursday night will be Thirsty Thursday presented by Miller Lite with beer costing only $1.00. Friday night will bring post game Friday Night Fireworks. Saturday, Miss Texas 2011, Ana Rodriguez will be on hand to sign autographs and throw out the first pitch.
Saturday night will also be "Ashley Furniture Soft Baseball Giveaway Night" at Uni-Trade Stadium. Marty Woodlee from Ashley Furniture will join Ana Rodriguez in throwing out the first pitch at all new Uni-Trade Stadium.
On Sunday don't miss your chance to see the world "Famous Chicken". He will be on hand to entertain fans and help root on the Lemurs.
