LANSING, Mich. -- The Lansing Lugnuts, in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, announced a series of moves on Thursday: Catcher Pierce Rankin has been transferred to Extended Spring Training, pitcher Kramer Champlin has been placed on the 7-day Disabled List retroactive to May 9th, catcher Chris Schaeffer has been activated from the 7-day Disabled List and pitcher Aleson Escalante has been transferred to the Lugnuts from Extended Spring Training.
