New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
Metairie, LA â The New Orleans Zephyrs, the Class AAA Pacific Coast League affiliate of the Houston Astros, announced prior to Thursday night's game against the Fresno Grizzlies that outfielder Jason Lane was placed on the Disabled List. Right-handed pitcher Kirk Saarloos took Lane's place on the roster. Saarloos will start Friday night against the Grizzlies.
