LAKEWOOD, N.J. - A five-run 7th inning broke a 3-3 tie and gave Lakewood an 8-3 Saturday night over the Greensboro Grasshoppers

The first seven batters in the 7th inning all reached on base hits off two Greensboro pitchers to blow open the game. Kelly Dugan finished the night 3-for-4 to raise his batting average to .298 as he looks to become the first BlueClaw since Quintin Berry to hit over .300 in a season with at least 300 at-bats.

With the win, Lakewood moves to 35-32 in the second half and secures a second-half winning record.

The BlueClaws and Grasshoppers square-off in the penultimate game of the 2012 regular season Sunday night. Lakewood will send righty Colin Kleven (8-8, 4.04) to the mound looking to finish the season with a record above .500 against Greensboro's Josh Hodges (8-9, 3.66).

First pitch for Sunday's game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. Listen to all the action on WOBM 1160-AM and WOBM 1310-AM beginning at 6:50 p.m. with the BlueClaws Beat pre-game show.
