Los Angeles FC News Release
The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) will look to extend its home unbeaten streak to eight games tomorrow, July 7, against Orlando City SC at 8:00 p.m. PT at Banc of California Stadium.
Originally slated for 1:30 p.m. PT, kickoff against the Lions has been rescheduled to 8:00 p.m. PT due to the excessive heat forecast that projects temperatures exceeding 100 degrees in the Los Angeles area. The Week 19 contest will be broadcast live on FS1, as well as on ESPNLA 710 AM (English) and KFWB 980 AM "La Mera La Mera' (Spanish).
Earlier this week, LAFC (9-4-4; 31 points) extended its undefeated streak in regular season play to four matches following a 2-2 road draw against the Houston Dynamo. Forward Latif Blessing tallied his fourth goal of the season five minutes into the match, while Mark-Anthony Kaye found the back of the net in the 72nd minute for his second goal of 2018.
