Lady Jays win, Beef prepare for quick change on Saturday

Omaha, Nebraska â The Creighton Women's Basketball team advances in the Women's National Invitation Tournament with a win over Oregon State last night. They will host Richmond in the semi-final round this Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Omaha Civic Auditorium...and then Omaha Beef Football will host the Black Hills Red Dogs at 7:05PM.
Omaha Civic Auditorium staff estimates the Lady Jay's basketball game will be over by 3:00 PM, allowing only 3 hours for a complete change in preparation for the Beef game when doors open to the general public at 6:00 PM.
Omaha Beef Football had originally been scheduled to practice at the Omaha Civic Auditorium tonight and will move practice the Millard Soccer Center located at 147th & Giles this evening at 9:00 PM.
Omaha Beef Football will also honor all ticket stubs from any Creighton hosted WNIT game for $3.00 off any seat in the house for the Saturday night indoor football game vs. Black Hills Red Dogs.
