La Crosse Mayor Kabat and Onalaska Mayor Chilsen to Compete in Cow Milking Challenge at Copeland Par

LA CROSSE, WI - The La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club is excited to announce that they will be hosting a very special Cow Milking Challenge at Copeland Park prior to the start of their game scheduled for Friday, June 6.

The Cow Milking Challenge will take place on the field before the Loggers and Kenosha KingFish throw out the first pitch at 7:05 p.m. The two contestants competing in this unique Cow Milking Challenge will be City of La Crosse Mayor Tim Kabat and Onalaska Mayor Joe Chilsen.

Friday night's game will be presented by the Mayo Clinic Health System, who will also put on a fireworks extravaganza immediately following the completion of the ballgame.

Gates will open to the public at 6:00 p.m. for a Friday Night Fish Fry and "Logger Hour", when Leinenkugel's will offer $1, 12 oz. tap beers from 6-7 p.m. Tickets are still available by calling the Loggers ticket office at 608-796-9553 or by stopping into 1225 Caledonia Street, La Crosse between 8-5 today or 8-4 tomorrow.
