Clinton 5 @ Burlington 1

Kyle Rogers (1-1; 10.66), selected by the Rangers in the 13th round of the 2004 draft out of Galveston Bell High School, had his best start of the season--by far--holding Burlington to a run on two hits and three walks while fanning seven in five innings of work before Mike Padgett yielded a hit and a walk over the next 3.2 scoreless innings, fanning four as the LumberKings improved to 16-4.

Cameron Coughlan (.364 / .463 / .436) went 2-3 with a pair of walks from the top of the L-Kings order, but was caught stealing and picked off of second base. Tug Hulett (.388 / .516 / .510) went 2-4 with a walk, driving in one and Emerson Frostad (.236 / .328 / .491) doubled twice in four trips while Billy Susdorf (.250 / .279 / .393) doubled once in 2-4 outing and stole a base.
