The Owen Sound Attack named Captain David Kolomatis the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week for the week ending Monday, January 19, 2009.
The Attack began a three games in three nights road trip on Thursday against the OHL leading Windsor Spitfires. Down 4-2 and heading into the third period, the Attack was able to tie the game at four with one minute and ten seconds left to earn a single point. Kolomatis finished the game with one goal, two assists and a +3 rating.
Kolomatis and the Attack were held to just one goal over the next two games in Sarnia and Plymouth. The Attack return to the ice this Wednesday when Bayshore Broadcasting presents Cram the Den night against the Kitchener Rangers. Game time is 7:00pm.
