LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter announced today that the team has traded defenseman Jake Worrad to the Belleville Bulls. In exchange for Worrad, the London Knights will receive a 2nd Round pick in 2012 (originally Oshawa's) and a conditional 15th Round pick in 2013 from Belleville.
Worrad, 18, stands at 6.00 and weighs 194lbs and was a 2nd Round selection in the 2009 Ontario Hockey League Draft.
A new block of tickets was just released for the Knights game this Friday, October 7th vs. the Windsor Spitfires at 7:30pm and Sunday, October 9th vs. the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds at 12:00 noon at the John Labatt Centre.
