Knights Sign Flores and Bonk

London Knights News Release
The London Knights are excited to announce that the team has signed their sixth-round draft pick from the 2020 OHL Priority Selection, Owen Flores, and their second-round draft pick from the 2021 PHL Priority Selection, Oliver Bonk. Flores was drafted 114th overall, while Bonk was drafted 26th overall.
"We are pleased to be able to sign Owen and Oliver for the 2021-22 season. Owen had a tremendous season with the Chicago Young Americans. He's an athletic goaltender with great speed and movement. Oliver had a great season with the Carleton Place Canadians, showing high-level hockey sense, puck-moving ability, as well as his size and strength." - Mark Hunter, Co-Owner and General Manager of the London Knights.
Flores played the 2020-2021 season for the Chicago Young Americans U18 AAA where he had a 0.922 save percentage and registered four shutouts in 24 games.
Bonk played the 2019-2020 season with the Ottawa Senators U15 AAA team. Over 27 games, he scored five goals and had 13 assists. He spent the 2020-2021 season with the Carleton Place Canadians U18 AAA team.
