
Knights Sign Chris Tierney

LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has signed Center Chris Tierney to an OHL Contract.
Tierney, 16 was selected by the London Knights in the 1st Round ( 19th Overall ) in the 2010 OHL Draft. Tierney stands 6.00 and weighs 165 lbs. Tierney had 35 goals and 55 assists for 90 points in 57 games with the York Simcoe Exprss Minor Midgets.
Tierney will join the London Knights for Training Camp in August 2010. Tierney is the son of Jim and Liz Tierney of Keswick, Ontario.
