London, the CHL's #8 ranked team defeats Windsor for the second time this season. The Spitfires won the season series with a 4-1-1-0 record against the Knights

Greg Nemisz missed the game due to injury with Taylor Hall and Ryan Ellis being held out of the lineup tonight

Forward Scott Timmins scored the game's opening goal, and became the sixth Spitfire to score 30 goals this season, which sets a new franchise record. The 1987-1988 Compuware Spitfires had five 30 goal scorers.

Forward Adam Henrique scored one goal tonight, his 38th of the season. Henrique is tied for 29th in the OHL with 77 points in 54 games, is tied with teammate Cam Fowler for seventh in the league with a +38 plus-minus rating and is 12th in the OHL with 38 goals.

Forward Justin Shugg scored one goal and added one assist in tonight's contest. Shugg is 3rd in the OHL with 10 game winning goals, is tied for 9th in the OHL with 39 goals and is ranked 17th in the league with 78 points in 66 games. He has 20 goals in his past 23 games.

Goaltender Philipp Grubauer was selected as the game's second star, stopping 28 of 32 shots tonight. Grubauer is 13-1-1-1 since joining the Spitfires in January and is 9th in the OHL with a .911 save percentage, while being tied for 10th in the league with a .911 save percentage.
