KINGS SWEEP FLORENCE - In dramatic fashion once again, the Kalamazoo Kings defeated the Florence Freedom 3-2 Saturday evening to sweep the series. This time, Brandon Anderson drew a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the ninth in a tie game. Kings' spot starter Andre Benjamin threw seven innings of five hit ball, striking out eight in an impressive performance. Destan Makonnen continues to deliver by going 2 for 3 with another RBI. Starting pitcher Brandon Parillo made a relief appearance to help out a worn down bullpen by throwing a flawless eighth.
