
Kings Sign Defenseman Mike Pudlick

El Segundo, CA â The Los Angeles Kings have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with defenseman Mike Pudlick, Kings Senior Vice President/General Manager Dave Taylor today. Per club policy, terms of the agreement were not announced.
Pudlick, 24, recorded 15 points (9-6=15) and 42 penalty minutes in 64 games last season with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League. The 6-3, 201-pound native of Fridley, Minnesota, was signed by the Kings as a free agent on April 1, 2000.
The Kings are scheduled to open their 2002-03 training camp at the HealthSouth Training Center in El Segundo, CA on Thursday, Sept. 12. The club's first on-ice practice will be Friday, Sept. 13.
