Keys Season Opener Rained Out

The 22nd season of Frederick Keys baseball will have to wait one more day to get underway. Rain showers began to pelt Central Virginia in the mid-afternoon and the scheduled 6:05 p.m. first pitch never came to be.

The Keys will make-up the rainout on Saturday, April 10th by playing a doubleheader slated to start at 6:05 p.m. Frederick will open its season tomorrow night, Friday April 9th at 6:05 p.m. with Rick Zagone on the hill. Coverage will begin with The UPS Store Pre-Game Show at 5:45 p.m.

Harry Grove Stadium will open its gates for the first time in 2010 Tuesday, April 13th as the Keys play host to Myrtle Beach. First pitch is set for 7:00 p.m. For tickets contact the Keys Ticket Offices at 1-877-8-GO-KEYS or purchase online at frederickkeys.com.
