
Kevin Gausman to Pitch in Bowie Thursday

BOWIE, Md. - Baltimore Orioles RHP Kevin Gausman is scheduled to start in Bowie Thursday, June 11 on a Major League Rehab Assignment. Gausman has been on the Disabled List since May 8 with right shoulder tendinitis. He made his first MLB Rehab Start with the Frederick Keys Saturday, June 6, throwing three innings and striking out four batters. Gausman last pitched with the Baysox during the first half of the 2013 season, going 2-4 with a 3.11 ERA in eight starts before being promoted directly to Baltimore. The Baysox will conclude a three-game home series against the Binghamton Mets at 6:35 p.m. Thursday evening.
