
Kehler Becomes a Wrangler

Joff Kehler, the Chiefs captain the past two seasons, has signed a professional contract with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) and will play the remainder of the regular season and playoffs with the club.
Kehler finished his five-year career in a Chiefs sweater this season and appeared in 279 career games, sixth on the franchise list. The Edson, Alberta native scored 20 goals three seasons in a row and was voted the Chiefs Players' Player the last three seasons. His 203 career points are good for 18th on the Chiefs franchise list
The 6-0, 200-pound forward will make his Wranglers debut against the Idaho Steelheads tonight.
