Kamloops Blazers News Release
Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers will celebrate the back-to-back B.C. Division Championships from the 2019-20 and 2020-21 season on Saturday, January 29th versus the Victoria Royals.
The Blazers will raise both of their division banners to the rafters in a pre-game ceremony that will start at 7:00pm.
The first 2,500 fans will receive a free t-shirt upon entry. Capacity is limited to 50% which is 2,957 due to B.C. Provincial Health Regulations.
The Blazers finished with a 41-18-3-1 record in the 2019-20 season. The hockey club clinched the B.C. Division title prior to the COVID-19 pandemic shutting down the season.
In 2020-21, the Blazers finished with an 18-4-0-0 record to repeat as B.C. Division champions. It was the first time the Blazers have clinched the B.C. Division title in back-to-back seasons since 1993-94 and 1994-95.
Due to the 50% capacity limitation, there are a select number of tickets available to the weekend games against Victoria.
