Kamloops Blazers Acquire 20-Year-Old Defenseman Layton Feist from Spokane

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have acquired 20-year-old defenseman Layton Feist from the Spokane Chiefs in exchange for a 2025 third round pick (via Spokane).

Feist is from Dawson Creek, BC and has played in 226 career WHL games with Regina and Spokane. He has 24 goals, 68 assists and 92 points over his WHL career.

The 5'10.5" and 178lb defenseman had 9 goals, 29 assists and 37 points in 70 games during the 2023-24 season. He also added two goals in three playoff games with Spokane.

Feist is a former first round pick by the Regina Pats in the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
