Tuesday, December 17th @ Cincinnati Cyclones (Kalamazoo 2-Cincinnati 1-In Overtime)
Cincinnati, OH- Prior to Tuesday night no team in the ECHL had been able to defeat the Cincinnati Cyclones when the Cyclones entered the third period with the lead. However, an overtime goal from Eric Kattelus (8th) with 18.3 seconds remaining in overtime changed that, as the Kalamazoo Wings came-from-behind to beat the Cyclones 2-1. Read More

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings out played the Toledo Walleye for a majority of Friday night's game; however, two goals in a span of 20 seconds for the Walleye gave them a shocking 2-1 come-from-behind victory during the first half of Bell's Winter White Blue Ice Weekend. Read More

Kalamazoo will hit the holiday road starting this Friday to battle the Reading Royals and to continue a streak. The K-Wings will be looking to extend their season-high five-game road winning streak.
Making it Count
Forward Eric Kattelus scored two goals last week and both turned out to be game-winners. Kattelus shares the K-Wings team-lead with two game-winners this season with forwards Aaron Clarke and Yanni Gourde.
Killing Time
Kalamazoo's penalty killing has been outstanding. The K-Wings have killed off 40 out their opponents last 41 power-play attempts, including 23 in a row.
Mr. 300 Forward Aaron Clarke is closing in on a personal milestone. Clarke needs three more points to reach 300 in his career.
The Obscure Stat of the Week
Kalamazoo has played well this season versus the Atlantic Division. The K-Wings are 4-1-0-0 against Atlantic Division foes.
