A short three game homestand starts this Friday night at Historic Grainger Stadium. Alex White is the probable starter for Kinston on Friday, game time 7 pm vs. Potomac!

The Big Three - Kinston has scored half of their runs (52 0f 104) in the 3rd (17), 4th (18) and 5th (17) innings.

Three Part Two - Last night was just the third time this season the K-Tribe has played a game that lasted longer than three hours.

Streakin' Sanchez - Karexon Sanchez extended his team best hitting streak to 14 games last night, the third longest streak in the CL this season. Brandon Short of the Dash has the longest streak this season at 22 games, Short's streak started on April 11th and is still going strong. Sanchez leads the team with 11 rbi and 13 walks; he is hitting .340 with a homer and eight rbi during the hit streak. His .435 OBP is 4th in Carolina League, .329 batting average is 10th.

Oh Henry - Jordan Henry returned to the lineup Monday after an 18 games absence due to a sprained finger. Henry has a hit (one single) in each of his seven games (include his last two back in the lineup) this season. He has a .500 obp, having drawn seven walks as well this season
