Big Leaguer Alex Gordon is scheduled to be with the Wilmington Blue Rocks when they come to Kinston for a three game series starting Monday night at 7pm!
Pitching Prowess -
The K-Tribe's pitching staff leads the Carolina League with a team ERA of 1.33. The bats have some catching up to do, as the team is hitting just .237 with no home runs through three games this season. The Dash is hitting just .214 as a team so far this season.
Let's Go Streaking!!! -
Dating all the way back to June 28th of last season, Lucas Montero has a consecutive on-base streak at Grainger Stadium of 35 games (he is hitting .250 at home during that stretch). Cristo Arnal, who spent most of last season in Akron and Columbus, has a ten game home hit streak dating back to April 17th of last season.
