
July Opens With Jam-Packed Homestand At Regions Field

Birmingham, AL - The Birmingham Barons return to Regions Field on Thursday, July 4th to begin a five-game series against the Mississippi Braves, the Double-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.
The homestand begins on July 4th as the Barons celebrate their first Independence Day at Regions Field. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a commemorative Patriotic Babe Ruff Bobblehead. The Fur Circus will provide in-game entertainment for fans courtesy of Waste Management. Fans will also have the opportunity to watch the Thunder on the Mountain Fireworks show presented by the Vulcan Park Foundation from their seats at the ballpark. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 PM. Normal Thirsty Thursday prices will not be observed during the 4th of July.
Friday's game will feature a Kids Hat giveaway for the first 1,500 kids in attendance courtesy of Coca-Cola. Following the game, fans will be treated to a post-game fireworks show presented by Coca-Cola, Alabama Power and Glowble Lighting.
On Saturday, the Barons will welcome entertainer Myron Noodleman to Regions Field courtesy of Red Diamond and Barber's. One lucky fan will also win a grill courtesy of All-South Appliance.
The Barons will honor America's armed servicemen and women during Armed Forces Sunday presented by DRASH. The homestand concludes with YP Mondays presented by YP.
