Juice Rally With Two Late Runs
June 8, 2007 - South Coast League (SCL)
Bradenton Juice News Release
The Bradenton Juice (11-7) rallied with two late runs, and Nick Corbeil drilled a game-winning solo homer leading off the bottom of the tenth as the visitors handed the Aiken Foxhounds (13-6) a 3-2 extra-inning setback. After starting the season 8-0 at home, the Foxhounds have now dropped back-to-back games to the Juice. Evandy DeLeon hit a two-run home run off the left-field foul pole in the bottom of the fifth to account for both of the Foxhounds' runs. DeLeon hit 2-for-4 with the home run, a run scored, and two RBI before leaving with an injury.
The Juice and the Foxhounds will conclude their three-game series on Saturday night at 7:05 PM at Roberto Hernandez Stadium.
