Jordan DeJong back on Fisher Cats roster

New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
Manchester, NH- Righty reliever Jordan DeJong joined the Fisher Cats roster today from Triple-A Syracuse. Right-hander Justin James was sent to Single-A Dunedin to make room for him on the active roster.
The 27-year-old DeJong began the season with the Fisher Cats and was sent to Syracuse in late May. Since joining the Triple-A SkyChiefs, he went 1-0 with a 5.48 ERA in 14 relief appearances. In his first stint this season with New Hampshire, he went 1-0 with a 1.47 ERA in 11 outings. He was originally selected by the Blue Jays in the 18th round of the 2002 draft out of Cal State Fullerton.
The 24-year-old James made just seven appearances out of the bullpen for the Fisher Cats, going 0-0 with a 3.48 ERA. He began the season with Single-A Dunedin, making 20 relief appearances, going 0-2 with a 3.11 ERA. He was originally selected by Toronto in the fifth round of the 2003 draft out of the University of Missouri.
