Johnson Cleared to Play, Dream Waive McCall

BRADENTON, Fla. - Atlanta Dream forward Glory Johnson has been cleared to play by WNBA and team medical staffs, it was announced Wednesday afternoon.

Johnson, who had tested positive for COVID-19 but was asymptomatic, received the necessary negative tests and has begun practicing with the team. She will be dressed and available for tonight's game against the Las Vegas Aces beginning at 10 p.m. ET.

The team also announced they have waived forward Erica McCall, who was signed after the Dream received an emergency hardship waiver prior to starting the season.

This season marks the organization's 13th in the WNBA. The Dream have qualified for the playoffs nine times, winning conference titles in 2013, 2011 and 2010.
