
Jenys Joins Wild on ATO

The Iowa Wild of the AHL announced Tuesday afternoon that Wolves' top scorer PAVEL JENYS has signed an Amateur Tryout Agreement (ATO) with the club. 18-year-old Jenys joined the Wild and will stay with them for the remainder of their 2014-15 season.
In his first season of North American hockey, the 6-foot-2, 200-pound forward scored 15 goals and added 30 assists for 45 points in 63 games played with the Wolves. The Brno, CZECH native led the Wolves in points, was tied for the team lead in assists and tied for second in goals scored. Jenys was drafted by the Minnesota Wild in the seventh round (#199 overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. The Sudbury Wolves selected JENYS in the 1st round of the 2014 CHL Import draft (31st overall) last summer.
