(Chattanooga, TN) August 24th- Joe Woerman pitched eight solid innings to lead the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx to a 4-2 win over the Chattanooga Lookouts in game four of the five game series. The win clinched the second straight series for the Diamond Jaxx.

Woerman (7-6) allowed a run on five hits with a walk and eight strikeouts in his eight innings of work. Mumba Rivera nailed down his fifth save of the season despite allowing a run on two hits in the ninth inning. Erick Monzon hit a two run homer while Matt Tuiasosopo hit a solo shot to lead the Diamond Jaxx offense. Mike Saunders and Jeff Frazier chipped in with two hits each.

Steve Kelly suffered the loss for the Lookouts, dropping his record to 0-2. Kelly allowed three runs on seven hits in five innings of work. Caonabo Cosme had two hits and a RBI to lead the Lookouts attack.

The final game of the five game series takes place on Friday night at 6:15 CDT. Right-hander Andy Baldwin (4-12 4.44) gets the start for the Diamond Jaxx. Chattanooga will counter with fellow righty Johnny Cueto (4-2 3.21).
