Jammers Announce Unused Ticket Day
August 27, 2003 - New York-Penn League (NYPL)
Jamestown Jammers News Release
The Jamestown Jammers, Class A Affiliate of the Florida Marlins, announce a plan for those who have tickets, but couldn't make it to the game.
Bring in any ticket from the 2003 season on Sunday, August 31st, and use it for general admission seating. Game time is 4:05PM.
"This season has been disappointing on the field, but we've had a lot of fun bringing Jamestown the most affordable family entertainment in town." Said Jammers General Manager Eric Edelstein. "This offer is one final way to say thank you to Jamestown for the support they've given this team through a tough season."
Jammers season tickets can still be exchanged for equal value seats on Sunday. Unused single game tickets will be for general admission seating only.
Sunday is also Quality Markets Family Day, where tickets are just 4 for $8, and 4 for $4 if you show your Quality Markets Wild Card. It will also be the final home game of the 2003 season for the Jammers.
