(Peterborough, ON) - Canadian broadcaster and voice of the EA Sports' NHL 21 video game series, James Cybulski, is this week's special guest on Thursday Night Live (TNL) presented by Subway. TNL will air on April 15 at 8:00 pm on the Petes Facebook page .
The Ottawa native who began his career as a colour commentator for the OHL's Ottawa 67's, will pull back the curtain on what it's like being the play-by-play announcer for EA Sports' NHL 20 and 21. Additionally, he will share his 2010 Olympic experience in Vancouver as an on-scene correspondent, which saw him nominated for a Gemini Award, for best sports reporting.
During the first intermission, fans will have a chance to get to know Petes' goaltending prospect Liam Sztuska through the Future Petes video segment. The Mississauga native was selected by the maroon and white in the 5th round, 94th overall in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection.
Canadian country music artist and songwriter Ryan VanLeishout will be making his TNL debut, singing a cover of Talkin' Tennessee by Morgan Wallen.
Each episode of TNL features an exclusive Q&A with special celebrity guests, a musical performance, cooking segments, and merchandise offers.
