Jackals crummble in series finale

New Jersey Jackals News Release
New Jersey was defeated 4-1 by the Can Am Grays in the series finale. The Jackals took the first three games of the four games series.
The Grays took the lead in the third inning when Mark Burke hit an RBI double. Burke gained a run on a Jackals error. Left fielder Scott Grimes had an RBI ground out and BJ Weed had an RBI single.
The only score for the Jackals came from Ricardo Cordova. Cordova smacked out a solo homerun in the sixth inning.
The Jackals are back in action tomorrow night. They will face Quebec Les Capitales in a three game series. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m. with Joe Orloski taking the mound for the Jackals.
