Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The third-place IronPigs (7-7) travel to play Game One of a four-game series against the sixth-place Buffalo Bisons (6-9) at Coca-Cola Field. With a 3-0 loss last night, Lehigh Valley has lost three consecutive games for the first time this season and dropped a five-game series to Scranton/WB, 4-1... The Bisons -- the Mets' top affiliate -- swept a doubleheader against Rochester yesterday (4-2; 4-1) to split a four-game home series. This sweep snapped a six-game losing streak for the Bisons, who look to win three straight for the first time in 2011.
RHP Brian Bass (0-0, 4.50) will start for LHV against RHP Josh Stinson (0-1, 13.50).
First-pitch is at 6:05 p.m.

The last time the Pigs won 5-consecutive road games was during their franchise-record, 6-game road winning streak 6/15-6/20/09 (4 G @ DUR; 2 G @ NOR).
