The fifth-place IronPigs (45-69) play the finale of a four-game series against the South's third-place Gwinnett Braves (55-58) -- Atlanta's top affiliate. With an 11-7 loss last night, the Pigs have started 0-3 on this eight-game homestand and have now lost 11 of their last 12 affairs after winning six of seven, July 19-25... Gwinnett has won nine of its last 11 contests. But after getting within one game of .500 on July 3 (41-42), the Braves went 5-14 until this recent surge...
First-pitch tonight is at 5:35 p.m... Next up will be a two-game home series with Buffalo starting on Monday.
RHP Brandon Duckworth (5-4, 3.75) gets the nod opposite RHP Brandon Beachy (1-0, 3.60).
