Montreal Alouettes News Release

Montreal, April 27, 2012 - The Montreal Alouettes announced today that individual game tickets for the 2012 season will go on sale starting Friday, May 11 at noon. Tickets will be available for purchase online at ticketmaster.ca, by phone at (514) 790-1245, or in person at the Montreal Alouettes ticket office located at 1260 University.

The Alouettes host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Percival Molson Stadium in a pre-season game on Thursday, June 14 before kicking off their home schedule on Friday, July 6.

The Alouettes also announced that 2012 season ticket holders will have the unique opportunity to put a personal photo on an actual game ticket. A first for a professional sports franchise in North America, all Alouettes season ticket holders have until Tuesday, May 8 to upload their high-resolution photos.

Each fan photo ticket, for the October 28 game against Edmonton, will be included in the season ticket holder's booklet along with several Alouettes' player-identified tickets.

The Club is encouraging its fans to upload photos with an Alouettes or football theme via the website = YourPhoto.MontrealAlouettes.com .

"Our fans are an integral part of the team's success. We were looking for a unique way to recognize their support and loyalty. In 2011, we inserted a limited edition autographed ticket into each season ticket booklet. This year, we are going one step further by having our fans be featured on their own season ticket", said Alouettes President and CEO Ray Lalonde.

In order to turn this idea into reality, the Alouettes have joined forces with Montreal-based website developer Vortex Solution and the D. English company, the team's longstanding ticket printer.
