
Indians blast five dingers in 13-6 win over Bats

Bradenton, Fla. -- Indianapolis flexed its home run muscle Monday afternoon, smacking five long balls in a 13-6 win over Louisville at Pirate City in Bradenton, Fla.
Tribe 2B Taber Lee (2-for-4, 2 HR, 4 RBI), CF Nyjer Morgan (1-for-5, 1 HR, 2 RBI), DH Chris Aguila (3-for-4, 1 2B, 1 HR, 1 RBI) and 1B Mike Edwards (2-for-2, 1 HR, 2 RBI) all blasted home runs in the contest. A switch hitter, Lee connected from the left side of the plate in the second inning and right side in the sixth.
After falling behind 12-0, Louisville scored all six of its runs in the seventh. The frame was highlighted by C Dan Conway's grand slam.
Indians RHP Kip Bouknight (5.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 SO) earned the victory in a five-inning gem. Bats RHP Steve Kelly (3.0 IP, 8 H, 7 R, 7 ER, 1 BB, 1 SO) started the game and suffered the loss.
