SYRACUSE (NY) - The Syracuse Chiefs had their five-game win streak snapped when they lost to the Durham Bulls on Monday 6-4 at the Rays complex in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Adam Lind doubled twice and Kevin Barker and Robinson Diaz each had two hits for Syracuse.
Michael MacDonald started on the mound for the Chiefs and surrendered four earned runs on six hits in two and two thirds innings. Lee Gronkiewicz pitched two scoreless innings out of the Syracuse bullpen.
The Chiefs (6-4-1) and Bulls meet again on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the Blue Jays Complex in Dunedin, Florida.
