
Indians Announce Game Time Changes

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians have announced that the game times for the doubleheader on Monday, July 5th and the contest on Thursday, September 2nd have been changed to 6:00 p.m.
Both the doubleheader on July 5, which will feature two seven inning contests, and the September 2 game will feature the Indians taking on their division rivals the Louisville Bats.
Gates for the doubleheader on July 5, which is on the schedule due to the rain postponed contest on April 24, will open at 5:00 p.m. Fans can enjoy the Monday Dollar Menu, where they get hot dogs, peanuts, Cracker Jack, popcorn, and chips all for $1 each, during both games of the doubleheader.
The September 2nd game time is being moved up to 6 p.m. in an effort to ease traffic flow downtown in light of the Indianapolis Colts pre-season game scheduled at Lucas Oil Stadium at 7:00 p.m., Gates for the Indians game will open at 4:30 p.m. In celebration of the 15th season at Victory Field, the Indians are offering a special Thrifty Thursday package for this all Thursday contests, where fans get a reserved seat ticket, a hot dog, pop, and an Indians' souvenir item for just $15. Thrifty Thursday ticket packages must be purchased in advance of game day.
