Impact Waives Goalkeeper Kristian Nicht

Club de Foot Montreal News Release
MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact announced on Monday that the team has placed goalkeeper Kristian Nicht on waivers.
"Kristian did well during his short time with us, but he found himself in a position of third or fourth goalkeeper. It would have been difficult for him to get playing time," said technical director Adam Braz. "This gives him a chance to find another team where he will have a better chance to play."
The Impact will play its next game this Wednesday at 7:30pm EDT at Stade Saputo against Toronto FC, in the first leg of the Canadian Championship semifinals (tickets: ticketmaster.ca).
