Tonight, the Niagara IceDogs were back at home, facing off against the Erie Otters.

The IceDogs played with a depleted roster, having 5 players on injury reserve (Agostinelli, Sirizzotti, Peters, Leonard, and Gushchin). And 1 suspension (Dionicio).

The Otters opened up the scoring for the night. But, Niagara came back hard getting 3 in the first. Van Loon got his 17th of the season, Enright got his 4th and Fimis tallied his 9th on a short handed opportunity!

After 20 minutes, the Dogs were up 3-1.

Erie was able to score on a power play opportunity, however, the Dogs responded not long after with Brice Cooke getting his 16th of the season.

After 40 minutes, the score was 4-2.

It was an action packed third period with the Otters making a comeback attempt and scoring 2. But, their attempt was unsuccessful as the Dogs were able to extend their lead. Declan Waddick scored his 7th of the season, and Liam Van Loon tallied another 2, giving him his first career hatrick!
