This time, the goalscorers were Alex Pietrangelo and Jadran Beljo with the helpers getting credited to Owens, Day, Nathan Martine and Stefan Legein. Daugavins responded for the Majors at 10:18 after accepting Mike Pelech and Jason Cassidy feeds.

Then, Chris Lawrence quickly shifted the momentum back in favour of Mississauga when he restored their two-goal lead 15 seconds later, with Day grabbing the lone assist. That goal tied Lawrence with former IceDogs sniper Patrick O'Sullivan for most single-season tallies (43) in team history.

The goalscorers were Cassidy, Byron Elliott and Cassidy Preston while the assists went to Pelech, Elliott, Jeff Barletta (2), Darrell Simich and Anthony Tapper.

Owens' shorthanded goal at 15:36 of the 3rd period, off of Legein and Pietrangelo passes, tied up the affair. Then, Legein's shootout goal proved to be the winner.

Mike Iafrate got the start in net for Mississauga but was pulled after allowing 5 goals on 25 shots. Andrew Loverock came on to stop all 13 shots he faced and earn the win. Chris Carrozzi took the loss for St. Mike's with 37 saves.
