Worcester IceCats News Release
St. Louis, MO, Sept. 17, 2003 â Brent Karasiuk, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Paige Sports Entertainment, has been named President of the Blues' American Hockey League affiliate, the Worcester IceCats. Karasiuk will represent Worcester at the American Hockey League meetings and oversee the club's business affairs, while continuing his current duties at Paige Sports Entertainment.
Blues Senior Vice President and General Manager Larry Pleau will add to his current duties and assume the role of IceCats General Manager of Hockey Operations.
Blues former executive John S. Ferguson, named General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, formerly held the positions of President and General Manager for the Worcester IceCats.
