IceCaps Re-Assign Mannino to Express

The St. John's IceCaps today announced they have re-assigned goaltender Peter Mannino to the Chicago Express of the ECHL.

Mannino, 27, appeared in 10 games with the IceCaps this season earning a 4-5-0 record, 2.77 GAA, and 0.909 save percentage. He also appeared in one game with the Winnipeg Jets in a relief effort on Nov.10/11 against the Florida Panthers. In six career games in the NHL with Winnipeg, Atlanta, and the Islanders, Mannino is 1-1 with a goals against average of 3.98 and a save percentage of 0.881.

The Farmington Hills, MI native has played in nine career ECHL games with the Utah Grizzlies where he earned a 4-3-2 record, 2.73 GAA, AND 0.918 save percentage.
