Ice Rental Timeslots Available Now at the Frozen Frontier

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans and Rochester Red Wings jointly announced that 75-minute blocks of ice time at Frontier Field are available for purchase to the public as part of the Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers Frozen Frontier presented by Labatt.
Packages for ice rentals and corporate events are both available and offer the chance to skate on the outdoor ice rink at Frontier Field. Bring your hockey team out for a practice or game, or utilize a block of ice to create your very own open skate for you and your guests.
Open Ice Rentals are available for $1,500 and include the following:
- 75 minutes of ice time
- 30 undated 2014 Red Wings Tickets
- 30 undated 2013-14 Amerks Tickets
Those looking for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday party venue or thinking of putting together a great team-building event for the office can take advantage of the Frozen Frontier party package, which comes with ice rental and catering service, allowing skaters to spend time on the ice before enjoying the amenities of a Frontier Field Diamond Suite.
Party Ice Rentals are $2,500 and include the following:
- 75 minutes of ice time
- Skate rentals
- $1,000 towards the purchase of a food & beverage package
- Maximum Capacity- 300

A Frozen Frontier representative will contact you to book and confirm your party. Parties will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that space is limited and selected preferred time slots are not guaranteed. The Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers Frozen Frontier presented by Labatt is a 10-day outdoor hockey festival at Frontier Field that will run from Dec. 13-22. The Amerks will headline the event with a game against the Lake Erie Monsters on Friday, Dec. 13. Other highlights include an RIT men's and women's doubleheader on Saturday, Dec. 14, Sabres/Amerks alumni game on Sunday, Dec. 15 and two full days of Section V rivalry games Dec. 21-22. There are also several ice slots available for holiday parties, corporate outings, men's league games, youth leagues and open skates.
