Pensacola Ice Flyers News Release
Pensacola, Fla. - Aug. 23, 2012 - The Pensacola Ice Flyers have made changes to their 2012-13 regular season schedule, in part to create an open date for an event at the Pensacola Civic Center and because of new arena availabilities of their opponents.
On Sat., Nov. 10, the Ice Flyers were to play at home against the Mississippi Surge; this game will still be played at the Pensacola Civic Center, however, the two teams will face off on Sun., March 17, at 3:05 p.m. All game times are noted in CST.
The Ice Flyers schedule will also slightly change in March, as the Ice Flyers will now travel to Louisiana to face the IceGators on Fri., March 15 at 7:05 p.m. The following day, Sat., March 16, Pensacola will host the Mississippi RiverKings at the Pensacola Civic Center at 7:05 p.m.
Games hosted at the Pensacola Civic Center will begin at these times respectively for the 2012-13 regular season: Fridays and Saturdays at 7:05 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:05 p.m. and Sundays at 3:05 p.m. With games taking under two and a half hours to play, the Ice Flyers are providing fans with the opportunity to enjoy mid-week and Sunday games at these new times to allow for a early arrival home.
