Portland, OR - The Kootenay ICE finished off its three-game U.S. road swing with a 10-2 loss to the Portland Winterhawks at Moda Center on Sunday, December 2.

ICE forward Peyton Krebs collected a goal in the game, which was his fourth on the road trip. ICE defenceman Nolan Orzeck potted the other goal. Newly acquired forward River Fahey registered an assist on the Orzeck marker, his first point as a member of the ICE. Duncan McGovern started the game and allowed five goals on 18 shots. Jesse Makaj played the final 31 minutes and stopped 23-of-28 shots that came his way.
