Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the International Hockey League, announce defenseman Florian Iberer has been selected the league's Pepsi Defenseman of the Month for November.

The award should come to no surprise for Iberer, who skated away with the weekly honor three times during the month.

Iberer finished the month with 13 points (4 goals, 9 assists) and an astonishing plus/minus of plus-12 in 12 games.

With breakout stats during November, Iberer now leads the entire league in plus/minus and shares the overall league lead in plus/minus at plus-12. Iberer also leads all IHL defensemen in scoring with 15 points and 11 assists. The veteran is also the only blue-liner this season to score shorthanded.
