
Hurricanes Acquire Pick for Phare

LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club announced Tuesday that the team has acquired a sixth round WHL Bantam Draft Pick in 2023 from the Everett Silvertips in exchange for 2002-born forward Tyson Phare.
Phare, 17, was acquired at the Bantam Draft in May from the Prince George Cougars. He appeared in two regular season games for the Hurricanes this season going pointless with a minus-1 rating and five penalty minutes. He registered one assist in three pre-season games as well.
The Hurricanes return to the ENMAX Centre on Wednesday when they welcome the Saskatoon Blades at 7:00pm.
